The Human Resources Foundation was founded in 2015 as an operating foundation for the Human Resources Center, Inc to provide funding support to its programs, services and nonprofit partners throughout the Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Through grant-making opportunities, the Human Resources Foundation provides funding support to the Human Resources Center programs, services and nonprofit partners. The Foundation funds for meaningful, inclusive opportunities and support for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
