About Bear Creek Services At Bear Creek Services, we are dedicated to creating a community where everyone has the opportunity to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. Since 1976, we’ve worked to empower individuals with disabilities and traumatic brain injuries by providing the support they need to live independently, connect with their communities, and thrive. We believe that everyone deserves access to safe, supportive housing and personalized care that respects their individual choices and goals. Today, Bear Creek Services supports over 100 individuals across the Rochester area, offering programs and services that are tailored to meet unique needs while fostering independence, dignity, and connection. What We Do Our services focus on creating safe homes and fostering independent living: Residential Services: We provide homes that are safe, supportive, and adapted to the needs of individuals with disabilities. These environments offer the care and stability necessary to help individuals lead independent lives. Independent Living Support: Through our Bear Creek Independent Living Services (BCILS) program, we empower individuals to maintain their independence, navigate challenges, and live life on their own terms with the right level of support.
