The Berrette Family Foundation, Inc. (BFF) was founded in an effort to aid and assist the community in addressing the needs of first-generation high school students, born to immigrant parents, in the District of Columbia and Baltimore Metropolitan Areas.

The Berrette Family Foundation (“Berrette Family” or “BFF”) programming will stand to benefit students, their families and communities.  To our students we are offering meaningful programming and services surrounding personal branding with relation to college preparation.  Currently, there is not an organization focusing on personal branding for students, especially those who are of foreign descent and first generation in the United States. The college preparation process takes a toll on the family as well. The family will be offered to participate in the programming along with their student in order to substantiate/instill trust, understanding and trust in the process and organization. The DC/Baltimore communities will provide the confident, groomed leaders of tomorrow. Leveraging the relationships of our Directors and Advisors, the Berrette Family will have strategic relationships with local businesses and universities in order to provide meaningful summer activities for the students. This will allow them to be stewards/citizens of their community and also allow for the organization to provide a diverse talent pool for the employers and university pipelines.
