The mission of the CareLink Foundation is to provide health care resources for DuPage County families whose income levels are 200% below the federal poverty level.   This is accomplished through a variety of services:

School physicals and necessary vaccinations for children to meet state requirements for school admission.    Sports physicals for children to participate in after school activities. New car seats for infants and toddlers.  Bi-lingual classes are held for parents by a certified car seat instructor on the proper installation and use of car seats.  Arrange specialist visits for medically challenged Latino children provide medical interpreters.  Transportation is provided as needed. Provide medical care by area medical professionals at homeless clinics sponsored by area churches. Enroll children into the State of Illinois All Kids insurance program and their families in Access DuPage.

Funding for CareLink is provided through grants, private contributions and annual fundraising events.
