Family Health Partnership Clinic
The Family Health Partnership Clinic will improve the health status of the community and reduce the negative economic impact of poor access to care by providing a broad spectrum of services to the underserved with compassion and respect.
We provide those in our community who are uninsured and underinsured with quality, primary medical care. This care is made possible through physicians and nurses who volunteer their time and expertise to the Clinic. People who might otherwise go without medical care because they cannot afford it are able to be seen at the Clinic for a very affordable cost. Usually that cost is $10-$15 per visit. The Clinic has served the uninsured and underinsured since 1996 and recently a new Clinic was built to allow us to serve twice as many patients as in the past.
