Husky Prep Academy, Inc.
We aim to meet each student where they are academically and bring them up to at least if not beyond where they should be by the end of the school year. "Achieve to Succeed!"
Students being served are:
100% below poverty; eligible for free lunch; entirely from minority backgrounds; 70% are special education students; 25% are Gifted and Talented students:
all not receiving proper services.
The remaining 5% qualify for regular education but they are far below their standard grade level due to special learning styles. Of these 80% are listed as homeless at least 75% of the year (living in a rent by the week hotel when the family is able).
Your support will afford these students cultural opportunities they may never otherwise experience.
