Inspire specializes in early childhood development & outpatient diagnostic services for people of all ages.  Inspire is a non-profit charitable organization, founded in 1950, officially known as Orange County Cerebral Palsy Association, Inc.

By providing quality person-centered services to meet individual challenges; By informing and educating about development, intervention and resources; By promoting understanding of special challenges and inclusion within the community; By developing new ongoing programs in response to changing community needs.

Inspire has locations in Goshen, Newburgh & Monroe, NY and serves individuals throughout Orange County.  Inspire Kids, our special education preschool for children ages 2 1/2 to 5 years of age with developmental delays, serves over 500 children annually.  Our outpatient clinic serves nearly 5,000 children and adults and the consumer and family support services touches the lives of over 400 individuals. 

Inspire also provides Medicaid service coordination, respite, social & recreational programs and more.
