The Institute for Leadership in Capital Projects (I-LinCP) is a Texas-based nonprofit, 501(c)(3) with regional chapters in San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, and Austin. Every year, we hold an annual Forum that brings together architects, engineers, contractors, real estate attorneys, developers, and facility owners. This year our 10th Annual Leadership in Capital Projects (LinCP) Forum is May 10-11, “Don’t Wait, Innovate!” The evening of May 10 we will be hosting a reception with our Build From The Heart silent auction.  Because I-LinCP supports the education of future design and construction professionals, proceeds from this event will help provide scholarship funds for three local architecture, engineering, or construction students. Whether for a 4-year degree, community college, or trade school, we want to help young people discover the joy of planning, designing and building something that improves people’s lives and our environment.  The capital projects industry brings tremendous value to the citizens of San Antonio and the great state of Texas – providing local and state parks, schools and universities, libraries, senior and community centers, fire and police stations, airport improvements, sports arenas, convention facilities, streets and highways, river and drainage improvements, housing, etc.
