LARC is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing adults with developmental disabilities an opportunity to work, live and participate in the community. LARC provides day training and work activity to 100 adults from the south suburbs of Chicago and northwest Indiana. LARC operates a workshop that provides skill training and paid employment for doing piece work. LARC Janitorial Services provides indoor and outdoor maintenance for local businesses. 36 of our clients live in LARC provided  houses. Each of  CILA's (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) is a 4 bedroom where each resident has their own bedroom and is structured to provide a home for each person including responsibilities and social opportunities.
