Surviving cancer involves many variables.  It's more than beating the disease.  "Survival" includes successfully navigating your way through ALL the ways this crisis impacts your life.  These elements include:  choosing a doctor, hospital, treatment plan, juggling bills, your job, health insurance, disability insurance, counseling, pain management, physical therapy, nutrition, fitness, vitamins, alternative tactics, coping with shock, stress, faith, isolation, family, friends, fear, and more.  This "practical insight" is vital to patients.  Patients in treatment with John told him:  "We need this movie!"

John has extensive video from the day he was diagnosed through the day he received his "no evidence of disease" message several months later.  It follows both the destruction and rebirth of his health.  Working in national television, both in front and behind the camera, allowed John to not only cover the story, but share first-hand insight.

Through public and private fundraising, John hopes to successfully finance "Living Proof."  Once successful, this resource can be made available for free, to anyone with cancer.
