Since 1992, the Dallas County Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® has been hard at work here in the Dallas County area raising money to provide breast cancer screening, education, medical services, transportation and at times financial assistance.

In fact, 75% of the net funds we raise each year is put to work right here in Dallas County to improve the lives of everyone affected by this deadly disease. The remaining funds go toward national research to find the cures for breast cancer once and for all.

The determination of how the 75% of net funds are invested back into local organizations is identified through a needs assessment highlighting the priority needs of breast health for Dallas County.
